BluBuy Credits, gift cards and BluCoins

How stored value works: what expires, what can go back to your bank and how to use it.

BluBuy Credits

Credits from refunds never expire and can be moved back to your bank account on request. Goodwill credits issued by our support team expire after 1 year and cannot be withdrawn. Credits can pay for any part of an order.

BluBuy Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from activation. Once added to your account the balance becomes BluBuy Credits. Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold or exchanged for cash.

BluCoins

  • Earn 1 BluCoin per ₹100 spent, or 2 per ₹100 with BluBuy Plus
  • Coins are credited once the return window for the item closes
  • Use coins for up to 10% of an order, 1 coin equals ₹1
  • Coins expire 6 months after they are credited, and we remind you 15 days before
