Before your item ships
Open Your orders and select Cancel on any item that has not shipped yet. You get a full refund and there is no cancellation fee. Coupons, BluCoins and BluBuy Credits used on the item are restored immediately.
After your item ships
You can request cancellation and the parcel returns to the seller, or simply refuse it at your door. Once the seller receives it back, your refund starts automatically.
If a seller cancels
Sellers can only cancel when an item is genuinely unavailable. You are notified at once, refunded in full, and shown other sellers offering the same product where available. Repeated seller cancellations count against the seller's Seller Health score.
Refunds for cancelled items
Prepaid refunds start within 1 hour of cancellation and follow the timelines in the returns and refunds policy. Nothing is charged for cash on delivery orders cancelled before delivery.
