About the role
Help customers find the right product with the first search, across English, Hindi and Hinglish queries. You will work closely with a small, senior team, ship often and see the difference your work makes for customers and sellers across India.
What you will do
- Build ranking and query understanding models
- Design experiments and measure their impact on conversion
- Work with catalog teams on attribute quality
What we are looking for
- Experience with search or recommendation systems
- Strong Python and statistics
