About the role
Be the person who fixes it when a customer needs help, by chat, email and phone. You will work closely with a small, senior team, ship often and see the difference your work makes for customers and sellers across India.
What you will do
- Resolve order, delivery, return and payment questions
- Issue refunds and replacements within your limits
- Spot patterns and suggest fixes to our teams
What we are looking for
- Excellent written and spoken English, plus Hindi or Telugu
- Patience, empathy and attention to detail

- Previous customer support experience
